This book intends to provide lucid topicwise commentary on The Consumer Protection Act, 1986 in the light of enormous case law that has developed during the last decade of its enactment. It contains a comprehensive synopsis of the entire Act in addition to reference section containing complete text of the Act and Rules, both Central and States which will be extremely useful to those who want to gain understanding of essential characteristics of the law within limited time at their disposal.
Further, a detailed check list giving the requirements for filing a complaint, Appeal and Revision Petition will be helpful to legal practitioners and others.
